Instructions

Attach the Rotass N2O cylinder to the soda maker

Add pure water to the fill line of the soda bottle

Infuse with N2O gas for a few seconds

Fill a highball glass with ice, add 45ml whiskey, 20ml apple syrup, top with the freshly infused sparkling water. Stir it gently and serve immediately.
