Coconut Matcha Float
The Coconut Matcha Float is a visually striking, three-layered beverage that combines the earthy depth of matcha, the refreshing clarity of coconut water, and a silky cream cloud topping. This premium drink is designed to delight both the palate and the eyes—offering a balance of robust flavor, creamy texture, and functional benefits like hydration, antioxidants, and clean energy.
Ingredients

4g Matcha Powder (adjust to preference)

30ml Hot water (70–80°C)

200ml Coconut water

Ice

360ml Fresh milk

2 pumps of Syrup

ROTASS 8g Cream Charger + Cream Whipper
Instructions

Mix 360ml milk with 2 pumps of syrup in the cream whipper
Charge with one ROTASS 8g cream charger, shake well, and chilling it for at least 20 minutes.

Sift 4g matcha powder to prevent clumps.
Add ~10ml hot water and knead gently with a bamboo whisk to form a smooth paste.
Pour in the remaining 20ml hot water, whisk vigorously in an “M” or “W” motion until a velvety microfoam develops.

Fill a glass with ice and pour in 200ml coconut water.
Gently layer the whisked matcha on top.
Finally, whip and float the cream cloud over the matcha layer.
