Production Process

Gas Sourcing
Rotass cream charger sources n2o gas from our own subsidiaries. Our annual production of nitrous oxide reachs more than 60,000 tonnes, ranking top globally. We’ve been supply food grade nitrous oxide to Haggen-Darz, elctronic grade nitrous oxide to industry leaders including SMIC, BOE, TW Solar and etc. This integrated supply chain ensures stable gas purity, consistent quality, and reliable production capacity for ROTASS cream chargers.

Canister Production
Our self-produced cylinders involves 3 steps to foam a canister, from our carefully selected premium steel materials: steel forming, necking, and mouth forming. During these steps, raw steel is shaped into the required cylinder structure, which is compatible to most of the cream whipper on the market, then the neck is precisely narrowed, and the opening is formed to ensure compatibility with automated gas filling systems.

Cartridge Cleanig
After the cartridge production, it comes to multi-stage cleaning process, which is the most crucial part to evaluate the quality of a cream charger. The cylinders are first treated with acid washing for at least three cycles, followed by deep washing for five additional cycles, aiming to effectively removes oil residues and chemical contaminants from the cylinder surface, ensuring the cleanliness required for food-grade applications.

Cartridge Filling
The cartridges are filled using a fully automated filling system designed for high efficiency and precise gas control, ensuring a purity of 99.95%, meeting both domestic and international food-grade standards.

Canister Processing
The filled canister then processed to zinc-coating, which protects the surface from corrosion while maintaining a clean and polished appearance. Besides the zinc-coating, we also enable spraying the canister to specified color and lasering your brand logo on the surface to improve the brand identity. These processes ensure a smooth, refined surface, improved corrosion resistance, and consistent product quality across large production batches.

Leakage Testing
Every filled canister is processed to water-bath leakage testing, one of the most reliable methods for detecting micro leaks after 48 hours of production, then goes to drying procedure. Only fully qualified chargers proceed to the packaging stage, ensuring safety and reliability in every unit.

Auto Packaging
After final quality inspection, the chargers are packaged using automated packing lines, enabling high-capacity production and efficient order fulfillment for global customers.

Shipping & Delivery
Rotass exports its products to over 20 countries and has established overseas warehouses in the USA and Europe, providing fast local delivery services to wholesalers and distributors.
