Ingredients

1 lemon or lime

Syrup

1 egg white

Orange flower water

1 rotass cream charger + cream whipper

Soda maker + 60L CO2 carbonator
Instructions

Add 2 oz of Gin, 1/2 oz lemon juice, 1/2 oz single syrup,1 egg white, 1/2 oz lime juice, orange flower water to the cream whipper

Stir the ingredient

Screw on a Rotass 8g cream charger, and shake it

Chilling the gas and whip the mix

Top with sparkling water
