Ingredients

90ml cold brew

40ml apple juice

10ml apple syrup

Ice

360ml milk + 2 pumps syrup (for cream cloud)

1 ROTASS 8g cream charger + cream whipper

Instructions

Prepare the Cream Cloud (30 min in advance for best results)

Mix 360ml milk with 2 pumps of syrup in the cream whipper
Charge with one ROTASS 8g cream charger, shake well, and chilling it for at least 20 minutes.

Mix the Cold Brew Base

In a shaker, combine 90ml cold brew coffee, 40ml apple juice, 10ml apple syrup, and ice cubes.
Shake vigorously for 10+ times to ensure a smooth, fruity blend.

Assemble the Drink

Chill a tall glass.
Fill with the apple cold brew mixture.
Gently whip and layer the prepared cream cloud on top.
