Creamy Pear Cold Brew
The Creamy Pear Cold Brew is a refreshing, dairy-free coffee drink that combines cold brew coffee, green tea, and fresh pear juice. Unlike traditional cold brew, charging the mixture with nitrous oxide creates a naturally creamy mouthfeel without any dairy or added sugar. The result is a clean, refreshing drink that works perfectly for health-conscious café menus or summer beverage specials.

With a ROTASS 640g N2O cylinder and a pressure regulator, baristas can produce consistent, stable output drink after drink — making it an efficient option for busy cafés and beverage brands looking to expand their whipped coffee menu.
