The Rotass N2O Pressure Regulator is designed for use with large-capacity nitrous oxide cylinders in professional kitchens, food service, and other culinary applications. It reduces high cylinder pressure to a controlled working pressure, allowing N2O to be supplied to cream dispensers at a more consistent rate. Made with an aluminum alloy body, the regulator is lightweight and suitable for frequent use. The standard M11×1 connection is designed for compatible N2O cylinders, and the regulator can be used with standard cream dispensers when paired with the appropriate hose and connection fitting.

The regulator features an adjustable pressure control knob for setting the required working pressure. The single-gauge version displays the outlet working pressure, while the dual-gauge version also shows the pressure remaining in the N2O cylinder. This makes it easier to monitor gas supply and adjust pressure during regular operation.
